Nirvana of the Eternal
Nirvana is a state of Supreme Awareness of one's Reality where one's soul achieves Enlightenment.
It is the state of trance, samadhi, when the enlightened soul becomes one with the Supreme and glows as unchangeable truth, pure consciousness, absolute bliss, Sat Chit Anandam.
It is the soul fixed in contemplation of realisation.
Realisation means to be real with one's Reality.
With the aid of the Master, yoga by conscience, yoga by action, yoga by meditation, yoga by devotion, yoga by knowledge, one can conquer both the lower and higher world of the self and remain balanced with and beyond all attributes. Thus one can obtain Nirvana and enter into the Kingdom of God.
This is the supreme secret and goal of all yogas.

Mantra
Mantra is the sound of a vibration that stimulates and harmonises the cells, tissues, nerves and subtle body.
The most sacred mantra is that by repeating which the universality of responsiveness of the higher thoughts and feelings, reasons, sense of justice and infinite understanding are vitalised and energised. By chanting the mantra loudly and mentally at the pituitary gland between the eyebrows, half an inch below the surface, all the motor and sensory nerves are coordinated and revitalised and all the folded tissues in the brain begin unfolding. This makes one wise, intuitive and responsive.
The mantra has an effect on the heart which is in the region of sympathy, kindness, love and affection. By the vibration of particular sound waves, such as mantras given by the sages or Master, the kundalini gets excited and rises through all the chakras, from the physical state to the mental state and from mental to super-conscious state. One attains real elevation.
There are many sound waves as mantras, for example Aum, Cling, Hring etc. The root of all mantras stands at the supreme cause of all creation, at the cause of expansion, at the cause of concentration and completion. The universal vibration behind every creation is called the Biza Mantra. The seed of all mantras, Raa Dha Soa Mi, is God's own expression in words.
Any name such as Jesus, Krishna, Hari, Ram, have no mantric value for beginners. 'Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare', is another example that is chanted by the bhakti cult of Lord Chaitanya. By chanting any mantra or sound vibration with devotion and faith, the tissues of the body chakras are stimulated to higher activity with higher vibrations. So the mantra has the physical effect of energising the mind in producing will-power, and the spiritual effect of healing and controlling one's own self.
By means of energy potentiality, the power of the spoken Word of God, the mantra given by Sat Guru or Master, individual and collective lives conceive the aura or energy of the Holy Spirit in their being for their becoming, the divine etheric ocean of God's Aura.
